The “Energy Saving” program by Sarno Display aims to achieve zero CO2 emissions while progressively increasing turnover. Over the past four years, the company has shown significant growth in turnover alongside a reduction in CO2 emissions, categorized into Scope 1 and Scope 2.
To optimize energy performance, Sarno Display analyzes energy consumption to identify processes with the highest CO2 impact. Based on this analysis, the company has outlined potential projects to reduce consumption, with quantified energy savings for each intervention.
Starting April 1, 2024, all necessary energy that cannot be self-produced will be sourced from a certified 100% renewable energy provider. By 2025, the program aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 53.1%. The ongoing challenge will be to sustain turnover growth while continuously optimizing energy consumption.
